This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Cornelius DMS (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us,”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of visitors to our website and users of our customer/business partner dashboard (the “Dashboard”). This Policy also describes how we collect, use and share information and data. For purposes of this Policy, “Website” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at www.corneliusdms.com, in which users can contact the Company and access the Dashboard.
TYPES OF INFORMATION AND DATA WE COLLECT

It also includes other information about you that we combine with Personal Information, for instance, Usage Data may be tied to Personal Information. Personal Information allows us to identify and to communicate with you.

Telemetry Data is data generated by, collected by, or communicated by our products and services (“Products”). Our Products include, but are not limited to, beverage and food technologies such as dispensing and cooling equipment for beverages, point-of-purchase equipment for food and beverage services including refrigerated display cases, and food preparation and holding equipment. We collect Telemetry Data such as the quantity of drinks poured on certain dates and times. Telemetry Data analytics help us to understand customer interactions with our Products, intelligent temperature control and energy saving, and remote monitoring and diagnostics for repair, maintenance, and service purposes.
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION AND DATA
Directly From You. We may collect Personal Information directly from you when you provide such Personal Information to us voluntarily. We may ask you for Personal Information when you interact with us, such as when you contact us through the Website, create an account to access the Dashboard, or make a purchase we may ask for your mailing address, billing information, and email and annotate the appropriate store location of your purchase.
From our Website. We may use cookies to collect Usage Data. Cookies are small data files that are transferred to a web browser, which enables our Website to remember and customize your subsequent visit. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. Additionally, our Products may have a built-in camera that allows us to collect video analytics data. Video analytics enables us to monitor effectiveness of our Products. For example, a camera in a food preparation infrared toaster can monitor the status of the food ensuring that it is toasted until it achieves the ideal temperature and texture. Video analytics also allows us to recognize how many unique customers enjoy our Products and to generate product recommendations.
From Outside Sources. We may receive de-identified and other non-personal information from our affiliates and business partners and through various offline and online sources. We combine this outside data with the data we collect through our Products including Telemetry Data. Data aggregation assists with predictive analytics and strategic planning such as making inventory and service decisions. For example, we collect data on the weather which can help us predict the average consumption on particular days to ensure we have a sufficient stock of certain beverages to avoid service interruptions.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION AND DATA
We may use Personal Information and Telemetry Data for a variety of purposes, including:
§ Customer Service: to fulfill orders for products and services, and for other services related to your order, such as product delivery, or to directly contact you to respond to messages or inquiries that you submitted;
§ Product Support: to provide support, including monitoring and managing the health of your Products, to deliver updates and product improvements, and for diagnostics and repairs;
§ Marketing and Advertising: to provide you with communications and offers for products and services from us or our business partners, including offers based on your interests and personal and business characteristics.
§ Manage Our Everyday Business Needs: such as payment processing, order or contract fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, corporate governance, legal compliance, and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION AND DATA

In order to communicate Telemetry Data to the DMS Remote Monitoring System, our Products are connected to the Internet. As a result, while we attempt to protect all information and data, we cannot ensure or warrant that Personal Information and Telemetry Data will be completely secure from misappropriation by hackers or from other nefarious or criminal activities, or in the event of a failure of computer hardware, software, or a telecommunications network. We will notify you in the event we become aware of a security breach involving your personally identifiable information (as defined by the applicable state and federal laws) stored by or for us.
